This is a ransomware fake antivirus. Also almost impossible to delete.

According to my registry, iSafe is v9 which it claims to remove. So no, it's not a safe download. Go elsewhere for your antivirus.

Once installed, we cant uninstall it! So it effects the PC performance. I am strongly recommending not to install this software.
